Overview: We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented freelancers (India / Pakistan preferred) to support a high-volume social media content workflow. This role focuses on executing a structured system — sourcing images, organizing files, assembling posts, and publishing content using provided scripts.

Scope of Work:

You will follow a clear step-by-step workflow:

1. Content Sourcing & Screenshots

• Take clean screenshots from provided sources (websites, social media, etc.)
• Ensure images are high quality, properly cropped, and consistent
• Rename and organise files correctly for easy use

1. File Management

• Upload screenshots into organised folders (Google Drive or similar)
• Maintain clean file structure (naming conventions will be provided)
• Ensure all assets are easy to locate and correctly labelled

1. Content Assembly

• Upload images into slide/carousel format posts
• Copy and paste pre-written scripts onto slides (no writing required)
• Follow exact formatting and structure provided

1. Caption & Posting

• Copy and paste captions
• Upload and schedule posts using Postoria
• Follow posting instructions precisely

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail (critical — errors impact performance)
• Ability to follow instructions exactly without deviation
• Comfortable taking and organising screenshots efficiently
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram / TikTok)
• Fast execution and consistency

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with Canva or similar tools
• Experience with file organisation systems (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• Previous VA or social media assistant experience

Workload & Pay:

• Ongoing, scalable work (daily/weekly volume)
