I need help with Amazon FBA.

I want to sell on Amazon FBA. I have my own products made by me. I just want to launch one at the moment. I am a very small UK business, and would prefer to deal with someone in the uk. I am not ready to launch just yet, bur wanted all this side done and dusted. I would also need help with barcodes. How much Amazon will charge me and intruction for loading the next product.
