Restaurant T-Shirt Designer Needed – Front + Back

Job Description: We are looking for a talented designer to create a cool, stylish front and back T-shirt design for our restaurant staff.

The front can be simpler, for example featuring our logo. The back should be more eye-catching, bigger, and more unique — something with personality that feels modern, cool, and memorable.

We already have our restaurant logo, and we may also send visual elements / patterns from our outdoor tables that could be worked into the design so the T-shirts feel connected to our brand style.

What we need:

• 1 strong T-shirt concept for front and back
• Front: clean, wearable, staff-friendly
• Back: bigger statement design, more creative, more stylish
• Design should feel modern, premium, and suitable for a busy restaurant environment
• Final files ready for printing

We will provide:

• Our logo
• Reference photos / design elements from our tables and restaurant style
• Feedback during the process
