Confirmation Call and Event Engagement Specialist

We’re seeking a dedicated professional to handle client confirmation calls for our upcoming events. Your role will include contacting clients using a provided script - sharing key event details (location, timings, and what to bring), collecting any outstanding balances, keeping customers excited and handling any objections around attending the event. This is an ongoing project, requiring 40 hours per week (11 AM - 7 PM UK Time). Full training and access to call systems will be provided.
