What you'll do: • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and contact information in CRM systems • Track performance metrics and report on progress toward goals to management • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the customer's needs • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with prospects to facilitate trust and future sales • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally to keep the sales process moving • Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound outreach • Research and qualify potential customers based on predefined criteria to identify high-potential prospects
