Poster Presentation Guidelines Poster Boards

Each poster should be approximately 1 × 1 meter in size. Poster boards will be provided by the conference organizers. Each accepted poster will be assigned a poster board number. Authors are requested to display their poster on the corresponding board as per the assigned poster number.

Poster Design & Readability

Use a reasonable font size that is easy to read. Ensure adequate spacing between lines and sections for better readability. The poster should follow a simple and well-organized format that clearly presents the research work. Avoid long, narrated paragraphs. Use short phrases, bullet points, and concise statements to highlight key aspects of the research.

Poster Organization

Posters should be structured to include the following sections:

Overview: A brief summary of the purpose, methodology, and key results. This may be placed at the top or upper sections of the poster.

Introduction: A concise description of the background and objectives of the study.

Methods : A simple explanation of the methodology, including apparatus, materials, samples, chemistry, or techniques used in the research.

Results: Presentation of findings using graphs, charts, spectra, images, or tables, supported by minimal explanatory text.

Conclusions : A summary of the key outcomes, including positive and negative aspects of the study. Future research directions and potential developments related to the work may also be included.

Poster Format

The title banner must be clearly visible and readable from a distance of 1–2 feet. The title section should prominently display the poster title and author information, including affiliations.

Content & Font Style

Use clear, professional fonts such as Arial or Times New Roman. Maintain consistency in font style and formatting throughout the poster.
