SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR / MANAGER – BAR, LOUNGE & RESTAURANT

We are launching a new Afro-Caribbean restaurant, bar and lounge in South London (CR7) and are looking for a creative, hands-on social media person liging in the UK preferably CR7 or surrounding postcode to help build buzz and grow our presence ahead of opening and beyond.

This is not a generic posting role — we are looking for someone who understands vibe, culture, and nightlife energy.

We want our social media to reflect the experience, not just the menu.

WHAT WE NEED

We’re looking for someone who can:

Create engaging content for: Instagram TikTok Facebook / X Capture and edit content: Short-form videos (Reels / TikTok) Behind-the-scenes clips Food, drinks, and vibe content Help build pre-opening hype Post consistently and creatively Suggest content ideas (not just execute instructions)

IDEAL PERSON

Experience working with: Restaurants / bars / lounges / nightlife brands Strong understanding of: UK urban / Afro-Caribbean culture What works on TikTok & Instagram Creative thinker (not just scheduler) Able to work with a startup budget Local to London preferred (for content capture)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Portfolio of relevant work (VERY IMPORTANT) Examples of: Reels / TikToks/Instagram/Facebook/Twitter Hospitality or nightlife content Would ideally belooking for someone who can travel to the site and capture some clips we can post.
