Freelance Technical Recruiter – Developer Sourcing

Hi there! We’re a small, growing software team, and we need a skilled freelance recruiter to help us find talented developers. You’ll be helping us search for candidates, reach out, do basic screening, and send us qualified profiles. We’re looking for developers who do Full Stack, Backend, or Frontend work and are open to remote roles. The right freelancer knows how to find tech talent, understands what makes a good developer, and can work independently without much supervision. Strong communication and sourcing skills are a must.
