I'm looking for an experienced One-time Technical Support Consultant to investigate and resolve complex technical issues for internal and external clients.
What you'll do: • Investigate complex access, configuration, compliance, and functionality issues escalated from clients • Professionally respond to written and verbal requests from clients and internal teams • Document research, client communication, and issue resolution accurately • Handle post-promotion testing and provide on-call support for urgent requests • Assist in support improvement efforts and training alongside developers and technical staff
