Job Description Novus Holdings is currently seeking a highly strategic and confident professional who can proactively engage with senior stakeholders and understand a client’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in high-pressure client environments, able to process complex information, and skilled at identifying opportunities for growth across multiple business units including Print, Media and Distribution. The role will play a key part in driving collaboration across Novus business units, unlocking integrated opportunities and delivering cohesive client solutions across the group. Key Duties and Responsibilities Engage with clients to quickly access and understand their marketing strategy. Assess the client’s current marketing activities and approaches, identify opportunities and recommend practical improvements. Position Novus as a marketing partner that helps clients grow sales. Educational Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification Experience Requirements 5

  • 10 years proven experience in creating and executing marketing or growth strategies that have directly contributed to revenue and sales growth Track record of working with large or enterprise-level clients Experience across multiple industries or business units is highly advantageous Skills and Competencies Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities Solution-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Commercially driven with a strong focus on results
