Car Sales Executive

Job Description A well-established dealership based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team. This role is suited to a target-driven individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales, who is confident in generating leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Selling new and/or used vehicles to clients Building and maintaining a strong client base Following up on leads and enquiries Negotiating and closing sales Achieving monthly sales targets Requirements: Proven experience in car sales (essential) Strong sales and negotiation skills Target-driven with a results-focused mindset Well-presented and professional Valid driver’s licence Own reliable vehicle Working Hours: Monday to Friday Every second Saturday Remuneration: Basic salary: R6,000 Commission structure: R1,000 per vehicle (1–4 units) R2,000 per vehicle (5–7 units) R3,000 per vehicle (8–12 units) R5,000 bonus on the 12th vehicle Total earning potential: up to ±R36,000 per month
