Job Summary The Waitress will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Requirements Minimum of SSCE Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar role is an added advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Neat appearance and good personal hygiene Customer-focused and friendly attitude Major Responsibilities Welcome and attend to customers in a professional manner Take and serve food and drink orders accurately Ensure tables are clean and properly set Respond promptly to customer requests and complaints Maintain cleanliness of the service area Work with other staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
