Position - Waitress Required no- 4 Applicants needed - female only   Salary - based on scale Duties & Responsibilities Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests in a fine dining environment Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials confidently Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar Serve food and beverages following fine dining service standards (sequence, etiquette, presentation) Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly arranged before and during service Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and promotions Handle bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
