Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations and proper stock control at all times. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of stock Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels Issue materials/products as requested and keep proper documentation Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessary Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store at all times Track damaged, expired, or missing items and report accordingly Maintain proper documentation of all store transactions Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards These duties align with standard storekeeping functions such as inventory control, stock organization, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role is an advantage Basic knowledge of inventory management Ability to use Microsoft Excel or inventory systems Good organizational and record-keeping skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with minimal supervision.
