Key Goals Drive strong engagement on our posts Grow our social media followers across all platforms Increase website traffic from social media channels Boost candidate sign-ups through social media campaigns Responsibilities Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) using design and AI tools Actively engage with relevant groups, communities, and pages Build relationships with HR leaders and executives Promote and sell our services through social media Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries Develop content that resonates with both candidates and employers What We are Looking For Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms Creativity in content creation (graphics, short-form video, storytelling) Excellent communication and engagement skills Ability to think strategically and drive measurable results Experience engaging professional audiences (especially HR or recruitment) is a plus
