Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Description This is a contract role for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Lagos with a hybrid working model, allowing some work from home flexibility. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for deg intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. The role also involves evaluating user feedback to improve existing designs and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. Qualifications Proficiency in user research, user experience design, and information architecture Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design Expertise in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and basic front-end development Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with teams and effectively communicate design ideas Previous experience in leading design projects and working in agile environments Banking or fintech experience is a plus
