Investor-Focused Construction Website UX/UI
Description
Budget: $250 - $750
I’m ready to overhaul my construction and real-estate development website so it speaks directly to potential investors and effortlessly guides them toward a conversation with us. The brand covers ground-up single- and multifamily communities as well as high-end basement, kitchen, and bathroom remodels, but our core message is simple: we raise capital to turn these projects into profitable realities.
Here’s the experience I need designed:
• A concise, visually striking home page that immediately frames us as a trustworthy investment partner in new construction and upscale remodeling. • Clear, streamlined navigation that lets investors scan our pipeline of projects, understand projected returns, and move naturally toward a contact touchpoint. • A purpose-built contact page that combines our investment philosophy, a snapshot of our most successful past projects, and a frictionless form with direct email/phone options. It should feel like a personal invitation rather than a generic “Get in touch.” • Consistent, responsive layouts that look every bit as solid on mobile as on desktop, created in a modern design tool such as Figma or Adobe XD for easy hand-off to developers.
If you can craft wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction notes that turn visitors into serious investor leads, let’s talk timelines and next steps.
