Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bar and lounge operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards Lead, train, and supervise bar staff, including scheduling and performance management Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships Monitor sales, control costs, and drive revenue growth Plan and execute events, promotions, and themed nights Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall guest satisfaction Bar managers typically handle staffing, inventory, compliance, and customer experience to ensure smooth operations and profitability. Requirements Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree Minimum of 5 years experience in bar/lounge or hospitality management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations Financial management and cost-control experience Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools.
