What You’ll Do Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performance sales culture Provide sales insights, forecasts, and performance reports to management. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or gadget retail Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
