Description A top business technology solutions provider based in Kenya is looking to hire a Sales Executive to drive its Nigerian market expansion. The ideal candidate has solid experience in SaaS and B2B sales, a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment, and a proven track record with tenders and technical bids. You will be responsible for generating revenue, building client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle while working closely with internal teams across Africa. Job Requirements MBA or Master’s in Business is an added advantage Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS sales and business development Solid experience in B2B sales and achieving sales targets Proven ability to manage tenders and bid processes effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client-facing and negotiation skills Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs. Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients. Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process. Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client’s requirement. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP. Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Train and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support. Other Benefits Transportation and call allowance
