About The Job The Role: Proactively prospect and acquire new clients through direct sales Develop and implement sales service strategies to achieve sales targets Ensure that all new and renewal business, mid-term amendments, and general inquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally. Develop and manage new/existing SME accounts Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success Proactive management, supervision, and monitoring of an existing pool of accounts to achieve optimum cross-selling opportunities Successfully master all operational challenges in the sales and delivery process for clients Own the relationship with individual, small, and medium size clients and ensure great customer journey throughout Act as a Deputy for colleagues/Account Executives when they are absent Support Account Executives to ensure full compliance with the placement process Keep senior team members are advised and informed of changes to information where appropriate. Delivery of reliable, high quality and timely reports and documents to support Account Executives Keep up with changes in the compliance function and Placement process and report where necessary All company and compliance procedures, rules and regulations to be followed and adhered to. The Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in the financial industry will be an advantage) Proven work experience as a sales account executive Excellent communication and negotiation skills
