Sales / Business Development Officer
Description
Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new market (Zones or estates) and develop existing zones. Conduct Market research, analysis and strategies to identify profitable partnership for development. Proactively generate leads through cold calls, bulk emails, networking, social selling and other personal sales and marketing strategies for lead generation. Build and nurture strong relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations to prospectives clients, estates, businesses and partners. Ensure good Negotiating abilities on pricing, terms and conditions to securing deals with estates, businesses and partnership that will be profitable to the organization Work with the team to develop targeted plans and implementation of targeted market campaigns and promotions to developing zones and estates. Maintain relationship with estate stakeholders and be the account officer managing estates in your zone. Ensure up to date record of all sales activities, leads and customers details in all sales database and system Conduct regular sales meetings and reports; daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly for evaluation. Traveling to various destinations to facilitate transactions when needed. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager and the Management.
