Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Reconciliation Officer, based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Reconciliation Officer will be responsible for daily reconciliation of financial accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving reconciliation issues in a timely manner. The role involves preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate financial records. Qualifications Proficiency in administrative assistance and strong computer literacy skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to adapt to changing tasks and demonstrate flexibility Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in reconciliation or related financial roles is an advantage
