Description

Monitoring of the schedule and budget of assigned engineering projects. Responsible for managing manufacturing CAPEX (Planning and Execution) Interacting with contractors and stakeholders regarding payment and procurement requirements Creating frameworks to measure the project & metrics and data collection. Responsible for LAD & Payment Management Ensuring Timely release of LAD/Pos & Payments Carrying out any other related task XXXX XXXX by management at any point of time. Submitting Goals & Performance appraisals in time as per the direction of management. Establishes and maintains productive relationships with team and stakeholders Drives innovation by ensuring continuous process improvement Learns and implements best practices from outside and shares own best practices within SBC Promotes process automation and use of technology within the business. REQUIREMENTS A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.)or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.  Minimum of 2– 4 years relevant hands-on experience in technical project engineering. At least 2 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company. Must know AutoCAD & MS Projects Experienced in budgeting and people management Knowledge of bottling operations Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety Understanding of financial impact of decisions Passion for the job & continuous self-development
