Production Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily plant operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain high standards of quality and safety within the factory. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership ability, technical production knowledge, and experience managing teams in an industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities Ensure production targets are achieved Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime Implement quality control measures and maintain product standards Oversee workforce scheduling and performance management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments Control production costs and minimize waste. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Production Management or a related field Minimum of 3

• 5 years experience in a manufacturing or processing plant Proven experience in supervising production teams Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in heavy industry or mineral processing is an advantage Preference will be given to expatriate candidates with relevant international experience (e.g., Indian, Pakistani, Korean, Lebanese, etc).
