Job Summary Contribute to building a strong and consistent brand for all by implementing effective communication, public relations, and content strategies across multiple channels. Drive business objectives through engaging storytelling and content development for our websites, digital platforms, and social media, while also supporting PR initiatives that enhance media visibility, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and reinforce the brand’s reputation. Key Responsibilities Prepare yearly content marketing strategy & plan for the Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Create writing content across the various websites for our brand Collaborate with team members to create and review contents for weekly emailers/newsletters. Develop and manage internal communications materials (memos and announcements) to strengthen engagement and alignment. Write and edit content for advertorials, production of editorials, press releases and other print publication needs of our Company. Draft, edit, and proofread corporate correspondence, official letters, and speeches in line with management directives and brand tone of voice. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses to secure positive coverage. Coordinate PR activities for corporate and retail events, including media invitations, press kits, and post-event coverage. Contribute ideas in collaboration with other team members in developing marketing campaign plans. Assist in project managing different marketing activations while ensuring the seamless execution of such projects in terms of vendor briefing and management. Liaise with Finance Department in ensuring timely payment of vendors and issuance of job completion certificates where applicable. Contribute and support in driving tactical marketing activations. Prepare monthly marketing reports. Support the team in news monitoring and tracking across the print and electronic media. Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across media channels and prepare periodic reputation reports. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the marketing manager. Collaborate in end-to-end management of influencers as required especially in content development and execution. Research and draft submissions for industry awards, speaker opportunities, and thought-leadership placements for our leadership. Requirements Minimum of a First Degree in Marketing, or related fields 2 - 4 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the luxury space. Strong writing and editing skills. Effective public speaking ability. Strategic planning and alignment. Media relations expertise. Digital and social media fluency.
