Operations Officer

We are looking for an experienced Male Operations personnel to supervise customer service team, oversee daily operations of the business, and help increase business volume/growth. Key Requirements: Work with the team to increase business productivity 2–3 years relevant work experience Must have supervised a team (3–10 staff) Strong communication and leadership skills Must be firm, organized, and result-oriented Comfortable handling field or external challenges when necessary Experience in logistics, or service-based business is an advantage. Must reside within the axis of idimu-ikotun lagos state Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations Monitor and guide customer service staff Improve response time and customer retention Handle escalations confidently Ensure discipline and accountability
