Job Summary To ensure correctness and accuracy of posting of transactions Timeliness of financial records and financial position of the company To ensure the organization is running well with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and need of customers Duties & Responsibilities Filing of documents and keeping records Updating daily cheque schedule, daily cash summary and representing customer’s cheques at the bank accordingly Raising vouchers (details of the transaction), and recording of transactions Reviewing of cheque register and presenting of daily cheques Treating of other department transactions such as issuance of cheques Getting documents from files when needed Cash dispense of expenditure from all Departments Account Opening and Management/ Maintenance Daily Postings Cash Handling Ensure compliance with operation procedure and policy Any other duty assigned Key Performance Indicators Achievements on your duties and responsibilities Frequency of shortages / surplus Number of transactions processed Achieving set targets and meeting up deadlines Enthusiasm towards work Relationship with Clients and Colleagues Punctuality Requirements Qualification: BSc in Accounting / Economics Years of Experience: 2-3 years and above Job Knowledge: Basic Accounting Eazy Bank software Financial Analysis and operations Current policy guidelines by CBN and any other regulatory authority Customer service Skills / Competencies: Numeric Skills Team Spirit Computer appreciation/ Data entry (Microsoft Office) Organizations and Coordination Skills.
