Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless movement of goods from warehouse to customers, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency across operations to meet delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Fulfillment Process daily invoiced orders from Zoho for picking and fulfillment Ensure proper packaging of items based on product type before shipment Ensure all outgoing orders have valid shipment documentation attached Coordinate warehouse activities for process efficiency and optimal space utilization Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock on bin cards Participate in weekly and monthly stock counts and reconciliations Minimize product damage and defects through proactive handling measures Ensure all shipment orders pass quality control checks before dispatch Maintain overall stock accuracy within the warehouse Logistics & Distribution Ensure all orders are delivered within a 24-hour timeframe Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily deliveries and dispatch schedules Liaise closely with logistics partners and delivery drivers to ensure timely dispatch Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays or issues Ensure all deliveries are completed with proper Proof of Delivery (POD) Optimize delivery routes and improve last-mile efficiency Monitor logistics performance and escalate issues where necessary General Operations Report discrepancies and warehouse/logistics issues in real time Support procurement in urgent sourcing situations when required Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations Work cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and customer experience teams Perform other assigned duties as required Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, warehouse management, or logistics coordination Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Experience with inventory/logistics systems (Zoho is an added advantage) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
