Job Description The Operations Manager will lead and manage the daily operational activities of ZIDA, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring operational strategies, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of organizational performance. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and consistency Coordinate across departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports for management review Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for operational needs Lead and mentor operational staff to foster a high-performance culture Identify areas for improvement and implement operational solutions Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards Support strategic planning and execution in line with ZIDA’s goals Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools Strategic thinking and decision-making skills Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field. A Master’s Degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role Proven track record in leading operational teams and managing multi-department processes Experience in an educational or training institution is an advantage.
