Role Description The Office Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of our office by handling administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and assisting team members as needed. The role also involves managing office equipment and maintaining an organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the legal team Manage schedules, communications, and document organization Handle clerical duties, including filing and record-keeping Answer and route phone calls professionally Maintain office equipment and ensure proper usage Support staff with various administrative needs Requirements & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong administrative and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets) Previous office experience is an added advantage (not required)
