Job Summary We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support basic administrative tasks and front desk activities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is willing to learn and grow in an office environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to visitors and clients Handle basic office tasks and support daily operations Receive and distribute mails and deliveries Attend to enquiries and direct them appropriately Maintain a clean and organized reception/office space Assist with filing, documentation, and simple reports Support coordination of meetings and office activities Monitor office supplies and report needs. Requirements 0–2 years experience (entry-level candidates encouraged) Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and willing to learn Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional and presentable Must reside in or around Palmgrove, Lagos (proximity is important) (Preferably Female for Gender Balance).
