Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medical Sales Representative to drive sales efforts, manage customer relationships, and enhance our competitiveness in the healthcare market. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share within your assigned territory. Identify and onboard new clients for company products. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Promptly resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction. Ensure brand visibility and awareness meet organizational standards within your territory. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management. Deliver products to clients within your assigned territory when required. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Participate in industry events, promotional activities, and networking opportunities. Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in a medical or related field. Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, especially in the Medical / Pharmaceutical Sector. Great customer service skills. Sound negotiation and sales skills. Problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Must be resident in Ado Ekiti and familiar with the locations of health institutions in Ekiti state. Should be able to drive a car.
