Marketing Corporate Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the promotion and sales of the company’s property developments. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and increase property sales. Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the Dayola brand identity across all marketing platforms. Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across communication materials. Oversee the development of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials. Corporate Communications: Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies. Prepare corporate announcements, newsletters, press releases, and official statements. Ensure effective communication of company initiatives, achievements, and milestones. Manage relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders. Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Oversee the company’s digital marketing activities including website updates and social media platforms. Coordinate content creation including videos, property showcases, and promotional campaigns. Monitor online engagement and analytics to measure marketing performance. Event & Brand Promotion: Plan and coordinate corporate events, property launches, exhibitions, and marketing activations. Support brand visibility through strategic partnerships and promotional opportunities. Content Development: Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, corporate publications, and digital platforms. Work closely with the design and media teams to ensure high-quality marketing materials. Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication between the company, clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Represent the company in corporate engagements and brand-related activities.
