Manager, Regulatory

We’re looking for a high-performing Manager, Regulatory, to lead strategic engagement and ensure compliance with Nigerian Content requirements across key industry stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role where your insights, relationships, and execution will directly influence business success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Social Sciences, or related field 10+ years’ experience in Nigeria’s upstream oil & gas sector Strong knowledge of Nigerian Content frameworks (NCDMB, NAPIMS, NOGICD Act) Proven success in business development and winning contracts Solid experience managing key accounts in the energy sector Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into action
