Logistics Coordinator (International & Domestic Operations)

Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator manages the day-to-day movement of shipments across the organization network. The role ensures that every shipment is properly validated, routed, compliant, handed over correctly to carrier partners, and successfully placed in transit. You will coordinate exports, imports, cargo, carrier pickups, warehouse handling, and operational documentation to ensure smooth logistics execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and assign shipments to the appropriate carriers based on destination, service type, and timelines Coordinate export and import operations to ensure smooth cross-border movement Review and validate shipment details to ensure compliance with customs and carrier regulations Supervise warehouse handling, including packaging, labeling, and sorting of shipments Manage daily pickup and drop-off schedules with carriers and delivery drivers Maintain accurate shipment documentation and ensure proper record-keeping Liaise with finance and carrier partners to confirm payments and avoid dispatch delays Oversee cargo consolidation, documentation, and tracking of shipments in transit. Requirements 4 years logistics or operations coordination experience. Strong understanding of international shipping processes. Experience working with multiple carriers. High attention to detail. Strong organizational ability. Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Freight forwarding experience. Customs clearance exposure. Cargo consolidation experience. Operations dashboard or logistics software experience.
