Lead Internal Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead, Internal Auditor to drive audit excellence, strengthen internal controls, and support enterprise-wide risk management. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end internal audits across all business units Assess financial, operational, and compliance risks; recommend improvements Review findings and track implementation of corrective actions Conduct risk assessments and maintain the risk register Supervise and mentor audit team members Provide advisory support on internal controls and process improvements Prepare and present audit reports to senior management Requirements B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field ICAN certification is required ; additional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA, Corporate Governance) are an advantage Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience (health or service sector preferred) Strong knowledge of audit, risk management, and compliance Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage pressure
