Lathe Machine Operator

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lathe Machine Operator based in Agbara. The Lathe Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating lathe and milling machines to fabricate and shape parts according to specifications. Daily tasks include monitoring machine operations, ensuring precision in production and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet production targets is an essential part of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation and expertise in handling the lathe machine Familiarity with working on various types of Machinery and using Hand Tools effectively Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety Prior experience as a Machinist is required A technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, machining, or a related field is a plus Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes is beneficial
