Roles & Responsibility

1. Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications
2. Load and unload materials onto the machines
3. Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary
4. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
5. Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently
6. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area
8. Adhere to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a CNC Operator, or similar role
2. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
3. Ability to operate and program CNC machines
4. Strong attention to detail and precision
5. Good mechanical aptitude
6. Ability to work independently and in a team
7. Excellent problem-solving skills
8. Basic computer skills
