Land Surveyor

Job Summary We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land measurements, preparing survey reports, and providing accurate data to support construction and development projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Levels, etc.) Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, maps, and reports Establish reference points and benchmarks for construction projects Interpret construction drawings and provide technical input Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers Monitor and verify construction progress against survey data Maintain proper documentation of all survey activities Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying & Geoinformatics or related field Minimum of 3

• 5 years relevant experience in construction or real estate Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS tools, etc.) Strong knowledge of land laws and surveying standards Ability to operate modern surveying instruments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Additional Requirements: Professional certification or registration with relevant bodies is an added advantage.
