Investment Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and hard-working individual with experience in investment banking and deposit mobilization to join our client Micro-Finance Bank. In this role, you will be charge with the core responsibilies of Investment management, deposit mobilization and fostering of excellent relationship between clients and the Bank. Job Responsibilities Drive investment mobilization by sourcing, managing, and closing high-value individual and corporate clients. Lead, supervise, and coordinate the investment team to ensure individual and collective targets are achieved. Oversee client investment portfolios to ensure accuracy, profitability, and timely execution. Support the team in negotiations, deal structuring, and closing of complex investment transactions. Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members on investment products, sales strategies, and customer engagement. Ensure proper client onboarding, documentation, and adherence to internal investment procedures. Manage investment rollovers, maturities, renewals, and liquidation requests in line with agreed terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors while handling escalations and resolving client concerns. Ensure all investment activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls. Prepare, analyze, and submit periodic reports on team performance, inflows, portfolios, and overall investment growth. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Banking and Economics or in any related field. Master's Degree would be additional advantage. 3

• 5 + years in Investment Banking, Deposit mobilization and or Portfolio Management. Great Leadership and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft-suites. Business and planning skills. Market and commercial awareness. Demonstrative skills in Communication, negotiation and Presentation.
