This role requires a seasoned finance professional who can provide strategic financial governance and lead a high-performing finance team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES General Investment & Funds Management: • Manage and monitor company investment portfolios and promoters’ investment funds to ensure optimal returns within approved risk parameters. • Evaluate, structure, and recommend investment opportunities across various asset classes. • Track portfolio performance and prepare periodic investment and performance reports. • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board. • Coordinate with banks, fund managers, investment advisors, auditors, and financial institutions. Finance & Accounting Leadership: • Lead and oversee the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management. • Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks. Compliance & Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements. • Manage external audits and regulatory reviews. • Identify financial and investment-related risks and implement mitigation strategies. Strategic & Advisory Support: • Act as a strategic finance and investment advisor to senior management. • Support business expansion, capital expenditure planning, and long-term financial strategy. • Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic reviews. Requirements: BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications • CA (Chartered Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
- Mandatory. • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, investment management, or senior accounting roles. • Strong exposure to investment portfolio management and financial analysis. • Proven experience in leading finance and accounts teams. • GCC experience preferred. Skills • Expertise in investment strategy and portfolio management. • Strong accounting, reporting, and governance expertise. • Leadership and stakeholder management abilities. • High level of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
