International Business Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Manager

• International to oversee and expand our international business portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-border revenue growth, managing global partnerships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing international operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement international business strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Identify and penetrate new international markets and trade corridors. Drive revenue growth and profitability across global operations. Manage relationships with international agents, freight partners, and strategic alliances. Oversee international freight (air, sea, and cross-border land transport) operations. Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and international documentation requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue performance, shipment volumes, service delivery timelines, and cost controls. Lead contract negotiations with global vendors and partners. Provide periodic strategic and operational reports to executive management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field. Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in international business development or logistics management. Proven track record in managing cross-border trade and international revenue portfolios. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, trade compliance, and global supply chain operations. Experience managing international stakeholders and multi-cultural teams.
