Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Indian Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in structured markets to drive business growth, optimize account performance, and deliver excellent customer service within the Nigerian market. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop relationships with key accounts across Nigeria Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives Monitor client performance, market trends, and competitor activities Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with key clients Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management Support market expansion initiatives and identify new key accounts Experience working with multinational companies or in cross-border roles is an added advantage Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving market like Nigeria Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 4

  • 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development Proven track record of managing large/key accounts, preferably in telecom, FMCG, electronics, or related industries Experience working in emerging markets or willingness to adapt to the Nigerian business environment Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills High level of commercial and business acumen Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to relocate and travel within Nigeria Nationality: Indian
