In-House Legal Counsel / Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile professional to serve as an In-House Legal Counsel . This role requires a legal expert who can provide sound legal advice while also supporting senior leadership with high-level administrative and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing both legal and executive priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Manage legal risks and support dispute resolution and litigation processes. Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and relevant stakeholders. Maintain and organize legal documentation and records. Provide direct administrative support to the CEO Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Track key deliverables, follow-ups, and strategic initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B); BL qualification is required. Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience in a corporate or commercial law setting. Proven experience supporting senior executives is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
