Human Resources Manager
Description
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Support workforce planning in line with business needs. Implement and monitor performance management systems and appraisal processes. Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve employee capability. Oversee HR administration, employee records, and documentation. Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination. Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years HR experience, preferably within the oil and gas or a related industry. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Experience in performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
