Job Summary Our client who are a business conglomerate is seeking to recruit an experinced HRBP in one of their subsidiaries who are into steel production. The ideal candidate must be strategic in carrying out his/her functions and must be able to support the business through robust HR initiatives. Key Roles and Responsibilities Manage Labour Contractor: Should be able to manage all outsourced labour contractors, outsourced contract workers and monitor attendance. Employee Relations and Culture: Resolving conflicts, conducting disciplinary actions, and cultivating a positive workplace culture Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, health insurance, and other benefits programs. Performance Management: Supporting performance reviews and setting goals for employee development HR Strategy and Administration: Developing HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing HR systems, and reporting metrics Talent Acquisition and Management: Leading recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training efforts. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws, and managing risk through policies Strategic Workforce Planning & Optimization across functional departments. Must Have Skills / Qualification B.Sc / Masters Degree will be added advantage 7-10 years progressive experince in HR Good communication skills Be strategic in thinking Manufacturing experince.
