KEY RESPONSBILITIES The HR Associate is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in the implementation of HR strategies and the management of core HR Operations. As the HR Associate, you will enforce HR policies, lead HR initiatives, build and drive a great company culture thus driving employee engagement and productivity. You will be responsible for implementing HR systems and structures, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, reviewing, and HR administration. RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from job justification to onboarding Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job profiles Track key hiring metrics reducing time to hire Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Facilitate the employee exit and off-boarding process Employee Relations & Employee Engagement Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR Policies and procedures Support the development and implementation of employee engagement and welfare initiatives Promote a positive and inclusive work culture Participate in disciplinary and grievance management processes Participate in policy development and implementation Drive HR analytics and data-driven decision making Performance Management Coordinate the performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion of reviews and payment of performance bonuses Support managers in setting KPIs, tracking progress and providing feedback Maintain performance records and generate reports for management Training & Development Identify training needs in collaboration with line managers Plan and coordinate internal and external learning programs Track training participation and evaluate post-training outcomes HR Administration & Compliance Oversee employee data management and HR documentation Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax laws and company policies Prepare monthly payroll and support payroll by validating staff information including allowances, deductions, bonuses, etc. Coordinate the leave request and approval process in line with leave procedure Assist in HR audits, reporting, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Other related HR responsibilities as may be assigned. Please note that this is a contract role and it is valid for 4 months only.
