We are seeking a skilled HR Officer / Recruiter (Freelancer) with strong expertise in talent acquisition. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top candidates, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The HR Officer/ Recruiter will work independently, providing recruitment support and management insights, and will play a vital role in building a strong workforce for the organization. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Conduct reference checks and background verification for shortlisted candidates Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and recruitment best practices. Deliver timely updates and recruitment reports to management. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and selection criteria QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines. Strong organizational and reporting abilities. Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage
