Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager for a fast-growing real estate firm based in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, driving employee performance, and supporting business growth through effective people management strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development Oversee performance management and employee engagement Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations Handle employee relations and conflict resolution Requirements Minimum of 7 years HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage teams and improve organizational performance Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
